It really is disheartening that people act this way. Unfortunately it happens WAY too often and soooo many continue to get away with it. The ego gets in in the way for many people causing them to make bad choices. I have to empty my house to pull these floors up just because the job was not done correctly. At this point I just want my $500 returned. It stings bad enough that I am stuck with the shitty floor AND then paid $500 to confirm that it was a faulty install job by Mark Aleksin and Custom kitchen, baths and beyond.
