I hired Mark for a 63K Remodel, it came with many issues, lies, and deception. I was happy when it was over but now my floors are coming apart due to bad installation. Currently going through legal channels as Mark is not honoring the conclusion of the Professional Floor Inspection as agreed upon in the contract with Mark, Myself and International Wholesale Tile that required me to pay $500 up front. The conclusion was bad installation and the agreement was I would be reimbursed the $500 if i was found to not be at fault. I will share the whole experience below.
